Fitment

• Ventilation holes to keep temperatures down around the transmission
• Mounts into preexisting holes from the factory
• Designed to work with stock vehicles
• Shield not compatible with lift kits that required subframe modifications (usually lifts 3 inches or greater)
• In some instances, there may be a tab on a preexisting OEM/TRD skid plate that will need to be bent slightly to allow the transmission shield to slide into place. This does not impact the integrity of either shield

• Optional welded reinforcing ribs around transmission to add additional strength for off-road applications

Material

• CNC Laser Cut out of 1/4" 5052 Aluminum - Will not rust!
• Ships as bare metal
• All plates ship uncoated as bare metal, some cosmetic blemishes may be present on material upon arrival. Displays in pictures have been polished and finished

Installation

• Mounts into preexisting holes from factory
• Bolt-in installation can be performed by anyone with basic hand tools

• Use the 6 M8 x 25 mm bolts, washers, and locking nuts to install the wing attachments. Do this step first. The wings should fan outward, away from the transmission.
